Gurukula Sadhana Course
 
This orientation course is intented to enable the young generation acquaint themselves with traditional Gurukula system of higher learning in Yoga.  During the 18 months tenure at the Hatha Vidya Gurukulam the pupils will the eligible to lead a perfect Yogic Life with due Mental, Physical and Intellectual discipline.  Our endeavour is to revive the ancient tradition of Master – Disciple relation and to impart the sacred knowledge of Hatha Vidya – one of the easy means to one’s overall well being.
 

This Course is for duration of 12 months (1 year) and is conducted in the strict traditional Gurukula System.  It is a residential course and Only 20 candidates are admitted and trained in each batch.  These students are selected after due screening and assessing their aptitude and keenness to pursue a Yogic Life.
 

The interested candidate should be from the age group of 18 – 35.  They should have studied upto12th standard and must possess good health.  They should be spiritually inclined and willing to undergone the disciplined and austere routine of a traditional Gurukula System, rendering various services as self help for their own well-being.
